GRADE 11 and GRADE 12 students will have an opportunity to attend university and college presentations at the annual MPPC University/College Tour hosted by Carman Collegiate on October. These presentations are informative for students planning post-secondary education, and provide options and inspiration for others who are undecided. This is a great event to explore, increase knowledge base and participate in creating an interest in their career choice for the future.

ASSINIBOINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE (ACC) ACC offers over 30 programs in the fields of agriculture, environment, business, culinary arts and hospitality, health and human services, trades and technology. With three campuses in Brandon , one in Dauphin and training centres in Winnipeg, Russell, Neepawa and Swan River, ACC offers a variety of education options across the province. We have a friendly atmosphere, a focus on hands-on learning, highly skilled instructors and lots of extracurricular activities to make your college experience fun! BRANDON UNIVERSITY Brandon University is a leader in providing high quality education to over 3,000 full-and part-time students in arts, sciences, education, music, and health studies. CANADIAN MENNONITE UNIVERSITY (CMU) CMU is an accredited Christian university located in Winnipeg, with approximately 500 students, allowing for great personal contact with professors and other students. We offer bachelor degrees in Arts, Music, Music Therapy, and Pre-professional programs. CMU is also known for our exciting Outtatown program – a year of experiential learning that travels across Western Canada with a cross-cultural experience in either Guatemala or South Africa; as well as a one semester bilingual program in French Africa. PROVIDENCE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE Providence University College is an accredited Christian academic institution in the evangelical tradition committed to teaching Christians at a university level to think, live and serve in church and society. We are located outside of Winnipeg and offer Bachelor of Arts degrees in Arts and Sciences, Biblical Studies & Practical Theology and Professional Studies. RED RIVER COLLEGE Red River College (RRC) is Manitoba’s second-largest post-secondary institution, with over 32,000 annual full-time, part-time and apprenticeship enrolments. We offer more than 200 certificate, diploma, advanced diploma and degree programs. By successfully blending career-focused and industry-responsive teaching with state-of-the-art technology and hands-on learning opportunities, the college graduates skilled individuals who are ready to immediately contribute to the workforce.
